Team Story

Hi my name is Andris and I am very pleased to meet you!

I was born and raised in Latvia and moved to England eight years ago. I am so happy to have become part of this warm and friendly, Bury Chiropractic team. Everyone here at the Centre has the same goal, which is to make you feel both welcomed and very well looked after.

My mission as a Massage Therapist is to both help and educate those who choose to see me whilst easing their musculoskeletal pain and improving their own healing processes.

I first began my studies in Bolton College where I obtained an Access to Higher Education Diploma in Therapies for Health. I then went on to attend Northumbria University where I successfully completed my degree in Applied Sports Sciences with Coaching.

Whilst studying modules such as human anatomy and biomechanics, physiology and musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation, I realised how passionate I was about the human body and its movement. This passion then motivated me to obtain my Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy and I am now on course to complete my Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Sports Therapy.

In my free time I love watching the latest movies and reading biographies. I also enjoy being part of the Crossfit community where I can relax my mind and body on a daily basis.
