You might be surprised to learn that you don’t have to do a workout to burn calories; you can even burn them while you sleep!
Here’s a list of common calorie-burning activities you might not have expected, and the number of calories spent per hour:
● Shopping: 260 calories
● Painting and decorating: 342 calories
● Cleaning: 250 calories
● Gardening: 600 calories
● Sleeping: 65 calories
We’re not suggesting you sleep your life away, but why not paint two birds with one stone, or garden yourself fit?
